General Terms of Use
Purchase and Payment
  • For smart devices delivered in 2025, this service will be offered free of charge for 1 month starting from the delivery date.
  • Digital Premium Package is offered as 6-Month Subscription with One-Time Upfront Payment. 6-Month Upfront Subscription fee is 1079.94 TRY.
  • You can purchase Digital Premium Package with your Trumore e-Wallet via Trumore application.
Membership Conditions
  • T10X Smart Device owners will be able to purchase Digital Premium Package.
  • You can use Digital Premium Package product you have purchased only on your own T10X Smart Device. Your package will not be active on any other T10X smart device. It is not possible to use the package on another smart device, to offer it for commercial sale, or to transfer it to someone else for a fee or free of charge.
Cancellation Process
  • You can cancel your Digital Premium Package renewal at any time. If you cancel the renewal, your usage rights will continue until the end of the package. You cancel the purchase for the following 6 months. When you switch to Trumore Digital Platform Standard Features, you cannot use the applications included in Digital Premium Package.
